Flexile Supervision
Supervision for Physiotherapists in the NDIS Space
At Flexile Physiotherapy, we recognise the unique challenges physiotherapists face when working in the NDIS space—whether it’s navigating complex participant needs, writing functional reports, or building confidence in clinical decision-making. To support clinicians at every stage of their career, we now offer structured Supervision Memberships designed to provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on learning.
Our flexible tiers allow you to choose the level of support that suits your needs: a one-off supervision session for targeted advice, weekly online supervision for ongoing professional growth, or a premium package combining weekly supervision with shadow sessions, giving you the opportunity to observe and learn in real participant settings. Each option is designed to enhance your skills, strengthen your confidence, and ensure you deliver the highest quality outcomes for your participants.
